| 摘 要： | 依据国家节能减排政策,目前华东电力市场运行规则面临着如何体现节能减排效果的问题,完善市场出清的计算方式的需求愈发强烈。针对增加能耗因子和排污因子以完善规则的方法进行了分析,并结合某厂的实际出清情况,对修正前、后的具体数据进行验证。对设置金融输电权和能耗排污权的交易进行了推测,试用多种手段增强电力市场的节能减排效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the national energy conservation policy,at present,east China power market operation rules are faced with the problems on how to reflect the effect of energy saving.The demand of improving the calculation manner of market clearing is increasingly strong.The author analyzes that increasing energy consumption and emissions factors can improve the rules.Combined with the actual situation of some power plant,the author tested the detailed data before and after validation revising.Financial transmission rights set and energy consumption and emission rights trading are suggested.Various means are used to enhance the energy saving effect of the electricity market. |
