白蟮泥/(丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺)吸水剂的性能研究

摘    要:采用水溶液聚合法制备吸水剂,同时采用了正交实验法分析了交联剂、引发剂、白蟮泥添加量、AM添加量、中和度、温度等因素对吸水倍数的影响;并且测试了保水剂的吸水速度和保水能力;在电子扫描镜下观察了高吸水保水材料的表面特征.最后得出:该类吸水剂的最佳制备条件为丙烯酰胺(AM)用量为50%~60%、交联荆为0.08%、引发荆为0.45%~0.5%、中和度为60%~70%、温度为50、膨润土的为5%,该类吸水剂吸水速度快.

Abstract:Used aqueous solution polymerization to preparate absorbent resin,and using the orthogonal experiment analysised the effect of cross-linking agent,initiator,great mud,AM,and neutralization degree on water-absorbing resin.Tests of the water-absorbing speed and water-retention capacity were carried.In the electronic scanning microscope observed the structure of the water-absorbing resin.The result was: AM 50%~60%,crosslinker was 0.08%,0.5% for the initiator,and in the degree of 60%~70%,the temperature was 50,...
