| 摘 要： | 为了确保瓦斯输送安全,提出在煤矿瓦斯管道输送系统中可能的火源点如发电机组、地面排空管口、自燃煤层采空区抽瓦斯管入口等附近管道上,安设安全保障设备。基于此介绍了一种用于瓦斯输送管道的阻爆控制器,在分析瓦斯输送管道爆炸传播特性的基础上给出了阻爆控制器设计原理和试验数据。试验结果表明阻爆控制器能配合快速切断阀可有效阻止瓦斯爆炸传播。
