摘    要:采用三步、一锅法制备了具有亲油内核和亲水外壳的单分散聚合物微胶囊.利用TEM等对乳液和微胶囊进行表征.乳液在NaCl水溶液中沉淀,离心分离,抽滤并用冷水洗涤,得到固体微胶粒.固体微胶粒可长时间稳定分散在水中而不分层.采用10~15%(w)固体含量的上述分散液制备的薄膜,在25℃下与水和环己烷的接触角分别为16°~20°和23°~30°,表现为两亲特性.可是,将薄膜在真空下于200℃处理0.5小时后,与水的接触角变为95-110°,而与环己烷的接触角几乎不变,表明薄膜在热的作用下完全由两亲性变为亲油疏水性.

Abstract:Monodisperse polymer microspheres with hydrophobic core and hydrophilic shell were prepared via a three-step one pot method. Diameter of the core and thickness of the shell were measured with TEM after each stage of synthesis. Solid particles were obtained from the emulsion by precipitation in NaC1 solution, filtration and washing with cold water. The particles could be redispersed in deionized water and the latex dispersion remained stable as long as we observed. Latex films were made from such latex dispersions with solid contents 10~15wt%. And, the contact angles of the films were measured as 16°~20° for water and 23°~30° for cyclohexane at 25℃, indicating that the films were amphiphilic, but changed to 90~110° for water and almost unchanged for cyclohexane after the film was heated in a vacuum oven at 200℃ for 0.5h. This indicated that the film was completely switched from amphiphilic to hydrophobic by the action of heat.
