安宁草铺磷矿矿山地质环境问题的模糊评价

摘    要:矿产资源开发利用,不可避免地要对地质环境造成破坏.针对新建矿山地质环境问题存在的不可预知性和模糊不确定性,以往对矿山地质环境质量的现状评价不再适用.本文研究并引入了模糊综合评判原理,以云南省安宁草铺磷矿为例,选取资源毁损、地质灾害、环境污染三个要素,分选土地压占破坏、矿产资源破坏、水资源破坏、植被资源破坏、地形地貌景观破坏、崩塌、滑坡、地面塌陷、地面沉降、水土流失、水污染、土壤污染、植被污染13项指标作为评价因子,运用熵值法和专家—层次分析法综合确定权值,力求对新建矿山地质环境进行全面、科学的等级评价,该等级评价为矿山地质环境保护与恢复治理提供依据.

Abstract:Development and utilization of mineral resources inevitably causes damage to the geological environment.Considering the unpredictability and fuzzy uncertainty of new mine geological environment problems,the mine geological environment quality evaluation in the past is no longer applicable to the present situation.Taking Caopu phosphate mine,in Anning county,Yunnan province as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle is studied and introduced.Three elements are selected in the study,such as resource damage,geological hazard and environmental pollution,and 13 indicators such as occupation and destruction of land,mineral resources damage,water damage,vegetation damage,topography landscape damage,collapse,landslide,surface collapse,land subsidence,soil erosion,water pollution,soil pollution and vegetation pollution are selected as evaluation factors.The method of entropy method and expert-analytic hierarchy process are used to determine the weight of the elements and factors,strive for comprehensive and scientific rank evaluation to new mine geological environment.The rank evaluation is to provide basis for protection and treatment of the mine geological environment.
