双辊连铸中间包流场数值模拟及优化

摘    要:基于有限元分析软件FLUENT对中间包的流场进行了数值模拟研究和优化.其结果表明:设置流动控制装置可明显改善熔液流动状况,有利于提高连续铸轧坯质量.对比了流动控制装置中几种不同的堰坝布置,最终得到挡堰相对高度为550 mm、挡坝相对高度为350 mm时所得金属熔液净化效果最佳.

Abstract:Numerical simulation and optimization of flow field in tundish are studied based on finite element analysis software FLUENT.The results indicate that setting flow control devices can obviously improve flow situation of melting liquid,and can enhance quality of continuous cast-rolling billets.Several different weir-dam arrangements in the flow control devices are compared.Finally,purification efficiency of melting liquid is the best when the distance between weirs is 550 mm and the distance between dams is 350 mm.
