孝感凤窝酒曲真菌多样性评价

摘    要:采集了3个孝感凤窝米酒曲样品,使用Miseq高通量测序技术对其真菌微生物多样性进行了评价。在属水平上,相对含量>0.5%的属分别为隶属于毛霉亚门(Mucoromycotina)的淀粉霉(Amylomyces)、小克银汉霉属(Cunninghamella)和毛霉属(Mucor)及隶属于子囊菌门(Ascomycota)的复膜孢酵母属(Saccharomycopsis)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、念珠菌(Candida)、拟威尔酵母(Cyberlindnera)和接合酵母(Zygosaccharomyces)。在分类操作单元(OUT)水平上,发现26个核心OTU,包含的序列数占所有质控后合格序列数的94.32%。由此可见,孝感凤窝酒曲中的真菌微生物主要由隶属于毛霉亚门和子囊菌门的若干个真菌属构成,且米酒曲样品共有大量的核心真菌菌群。

Abstract:Three samples of Xiaogan Fengwo rice wine koji were collected, and the fungal microbiota diversity was evaluated by Miseq high throughput sequencing technologies. At the genus level, the genera with relative abundant of more than 0.5% belonged to Amylomyces, Cunninghamella and Mucor of Mucoromycota; Saccharomycopsis, Aspergillus, Candida, Cyberlindnera and Zygosaccharomyces of Ascomycota. At the operational taxonomic unit (OTU) level, it was found that 26 core OTUs were shared by all samples, and the included sequences counts were 94.32% of total qualified sequences after quality control. Therefore, the results indicated that the fungal microbiota of Xiaogan Fengwo rice wine koji was mainly consisted by several fungal genera belonging to Ascomycota and Mucoromycotina, and rice wine koji samples shared a large number of core fungal microflora.
