浓香型白酒占有中国白酒最为庞大的市场，基酒是用于勾调白酒的原酒，因此基酒在白酒业的生产中占有重要地位。该文简单介绍了中国白酒业在中国经济中的重要地位，简述了浓香型基酒的现状和发展趋势，指出了基酒交易存在的一些问题，提出了相应的解决办法，并对浓香型基酒质量标准体系中基酒的检测进行了介绍，给出了相应的建议，对中国白酒业以及浓香型白酒基酒的发展有一定的指导借鉴作用。

Present situation and development trend of base liquor of Luzhou-flavor Baijiu

Luzhou-flavor Baijiu (Chinese liquor) has the biggest market in Chinese Baijiu industry. The base liquor is an original semi-product of Baijiu used in Chinese Baijiu blending. Thus the base liquor plays an important role in the production of Chinese Baijiu industry. This paper briefly introduced the important status of Chinese Baijiu in China economy, described the present situation and development trend of Luzhou-flavor base liquor, pointed out some questions in base liquor trade, proposed corresponding solutions, and introduced the detection method of base liquor in Luzhou- flavor base liquor quality standard system, then gave some corresponding advices. The paper provided guiding references for the development of Chinese Baijiu industry and Luzhou-flavor Baijiu base liquor.
