微生物甾醇酯酶的研究进展

摘    要:甾醇酯酶(EC 3.1.1.13)作为一种高活性的生物催化剂,在医疗检测、食品、造纸工业及环保等领域具有极其广泛的应用价值。该文综述了甾醇酯酶的微生物来源、分离纯化、克隆表达、三维结构与应用方面的研究进展,以期为甾醇酯酶的研究开发及产业化应用奠定基础。

Abstract:Sterol esterase (EC 3.1.1.13), as a high activity biocatalyst, has extremely broad application value in medical detection, food, paper industry and environmental protection, etc. The research advance of microorganism's origin, separation and purification, cloning and expression, three-dimensional structure and application of sterol esterase were summarized, which might lay foundation for research, development and industrialization application of sterol esterase.
