东方伊萨酵母FJ-J-3发酵特性的研究

摘    要:该实验研究了东方伊萨酵母(Issatchenkia orientalis)FJ-J-3菌株在不同初始葡萄糖含量、培养温度条件下细胞生长、葡萄糖利用及产乙醇情况。结果表明,在培养基中含有50 g/L葡萄糖时菌体生长量较高,生长速率最快;且乙醇产量较高,产率最高。在培养温度为28 ℃时菌体生长量最高,且乙醇产量最高。菌株FJ-J-3能够耐受16%vol的乙醇,且在72 h时细胞仍能正常存活。

Abstract:The cell growth, glucose utilization and ethanol production of Issatchenkia orientalis FJ-J-3 were studied at the conditions of different initial glucose contents and culture temperatures. Results showed that I. orientalis grew well and the growth rate was the fastest in the medium containing glucose 50 g/L, and the ethanol production and productive rate were the highest. At the condition of culture temperature 28 ℃, the cell growth and the ethanol production were the highest. The ethanol tolerance of strain FJ-J-3 was good; it could tolerate 16%vol ethanol and grew well for 72 h.
