摘    要:以金线草主根为原料,对金线草主根总黄酮的乙醇回流提取工艺进行研究。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化工艺条件。结果表明,金线草主根中总黄酮的最优提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数10%、提取温度80 ℃、提取时间2.0 h、液料比20∶1(mL∶g)。在此条件下,金线草主根总黄酮的提取率达到(23.59±0.19) mg/g。

Abstract:Using Antenoron filiforme taproot as raw material, the extraction process of total flavonoids from A. filiforme taproot was researched by ethanol refluxing technology. On the basis of single factor experiments, the process conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids were ethanol concentration 10%, extraction temperature 80 ℃, time 2.0 h and liquid-solid ratio 20∶1 (ml∶g). Under the conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was up to (23.59±0.19) mg/g.
