在Pro/Engineer中创建产品的载荷模型

首先分析了现存的三维CAD系统在描述产品载荷信息方面的不足,认为只有在三维CAD系统中建立产品的载荷模型才能够进行真正意义上的产品设计,并且通过对零件所受载荷进行分析提出了载荷模型的基本思想。载荷模型包括载荷信息模型和载荷关系模型,前者建立各种零件的载荷信息,后者描述零件之间相互作用关系,最后生成描述载荷信息流向的载荷链。应用系统在三维CAD软件Pro/Engineer上进行开发,实现了在装配环境内对零件载荷的自动分配和传递,为零件的计算分析创造载荷条件,形成了对产品模型的完整描述。

Establishing Load Model of Product in Pro/Engineer

In this study,through analyzing the deficiency of existent three-dimensional CAD system in depicting load information of product,consides that only establishing load model can carry real product design,then brings forward the basic idea of load model through analyzing part loads.Load model includes load information model and load relation model,the former builds the load information of various parts,the later depicts the relations between parts,lastly builds the load chain that depicts load information flow.This applying system develops in three-dimensional CAD system Pro/Engineer,can realize automatic divide and transfer of part load in assembly environment,creates the load condition for computer analyse of part,and then establishes the whole depiction of product model.
