| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍精密齿轮主要技术要求的基础上，分析了伺服系统中精密齿轮制造中的刀具安装、工件定位、装夹问题，以及氮化齿轮的变形和氮化层深度的计算部下，并就解决的方法与途径进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In this paper the main technical requirements of the precision gear are introduced,then the setup of tools,position of part and clamp, computation of the distortion of nitridationed gear and depth of the nitridation layer in manufacture of precision gear in servo system is analyzed,and the resoling methods are also discussed. |
