水轮发电机顶轴滑转子绝缘的研究

摘    要:应用红外光谱法,热分析测试技术及正交设计原理,研究了室温固化不饱和聚酯胶的配方及玻璃布补强的复合绝缘结构机械性能和电气性能,满足水轮发电机顶轴滑转子绝缘的要求,原材料立足国内,同时与进口材料进行了对比试验,结果表明各项性能均超过进口材料的性能。

Abstract:This paper studies the formula of unsaturated polyester curved at room temperature and also studies the mechanical and electrical properties of composite insulation structure strenthened With glass cloth by ways of infrared spectrum, thermal analysis measurement technologies and crossed design principle. lt meets the needs of slid rotor insulation of hydregenerator's jack. The raw materials are domestic and compared with imported materials by testing. The test results show that all properties of domestic materials exceed those of imported materials .
