| 摘 要： | 面向装配的设计(DFA)的研究和实践，对实施并行工程具有重要的意义，目前得到了广泛的重视。笔者依据将可装配性评价系统做为一个模块集成到整个虚拟装配支持系统中去的思路。从系统工程的观点出发，以装配单元为研究对象，提出并构造了可装配性评价的指标体系，建立了可装配性评价系统模型，并探讨了最优装配方式的求解策略和方法。

| Abstract: | The study and practice for DFA is necessary and important for us to carry out CE. According to the thought that the system of evaluating assemblability as a module was integrated into the system of supporting virtual assembly, and system engineering viewpoint, taking assembly unit as research object, this paper presents evaluation system of assemblability. Moreover, this paper built the evaluation system model of assemblability and studied the strategy and method of solution of optimizing assembly modes. |
