基于Multi-Agent的电网协同保护

摘    要:为了满足我国电力系统全国大联网发展的需要,增强整个电网的保护性能,基于已有的Multi-Agent系统和Agent特性,分析了MAS成员及其协同关系,设计了一个电网协同保护控制方案。方案中,MAS体系结构分为信息、协同和交互3层。信息层利用SCADA采集信息并传给协同层。在协同层中,各种分析检测Agents对信息进行处理并汇报给决策Agents,再考虑各种因素快速作出正确决策。协同层中采用了过电流保护(OCR)软件及PEDA等。在Agents诊断故障中采用了PEDA技术准确快速切除故障,缩小停电范围。交互层的Agents将处理后的信息传给用户。MAS体系中各层间Agents相对独立又相互协同共同完成电网协同保护。与传统的继电保护配合相比,基于MAS的电网协同保护在整体上更具有可靠性和灵活性,为电网智能化保护提供了有效途径。

Abstract:In order to meet the developing requirement of the united power system and improve the whole power grid protection in our country, this paper analyzes their members and the coordination relationship and designs a coordinating scheme for protection and control on the power grid with MAS and the characteristic of agents. At the scheme, there are three layers with MAS, such as information layer, coordinating layer and interface layer. In the information layer, SCADA gathers information from remote transformer substation and power plants, including network parameters which are stored or on line and operation about transformers, power plants and transmission line. Then it delivers the information to the coordinating layer. In the coordinating layer, analyzing and inferring agents, detecting and controlling agents are coordinating to deal with the information and deliver them to the decision agents to select effective protection agents as required from many types of agents. The system takes Over-current relay Agents soft and it can adjust the fixed value according to the operation on power line. And it also takes PEDA technology which can remove failures and reduce the scope of outage correctly and quickly in diagnosis system. Finally the system enters the interface layer where consumers communicate with computers. It is an external form of managing and conducting data in program based on graphic interface. The agents in the interface layer understand the actual attempt as soon as possible and do their best to obtain the combination between consumer and computer. The agents in the layers of MAS structure work out coordinating protection on the power grid independently and collectively to ensure power system operates reliably, safely and steadily. Comparing with the traditional protection, the scheme is more reliable and nimble, and it provides power grid intelligence protection with an effective method. In addition, this paper also clarifies technical challenges and perspectives of multi-agent system and looks forward for the interpretation on practicing work.
