基于工业以太网的风机分布式监控系统设计

摘    要:以工业用大风机为研究对象,提出了旋转机械在线监测与故障诊断系统的设计方案,通过企业现有的以太网,建立风机分布式网络化监控系统;介绍了监测系统的结构、系统的实现方法、元件选型和主要功能;能在监测的同时实现实时数据采集、分析处理、数据实时远程传送、参数设置等功能,并具有历史数据查询分析、时域分析、频谱分析等功能,方便系统管理员实时监测和控制。实践表明该系统具有较高的实用价值和应用前景。

Abstract:Taking industrial large blower as the research object, the designing plan of on-line monitoring and diagnosing system on rotating machinery is proposed. A distributed networked monitoring system is established by the existing Ethernet. The structure, implementation method, component selection the main function of the monitoring system are introduced. This system can actualize real-time data collection, analysis and processing, real-time data remote transmission and parameter setting as well as monitor. The system has some other functions, such as historical data inquiry and analysis, time domain analysis, spectrum analysis, which render great convenience for real time monitoring. The system has a great practical value and application prospect.
