江垭枢纽工程建设项目价差管理

Price difference settlement for construction items of Jiangya project

Scientific,normalized and dynamic management for settlement of price difference during engineering construction has been implemented in China for a time.The owner of Jiangya project has established a set of management measures for settlement of price difference in accordance with the current related stipulations and the experiences in settlement of price difference from projects completed and under construction.The project's price difference involves three portions of structural erection works,equipment works and independent costs.General price indexes for various price-adjusting years are respectively calculated for domestic and foreign funds.In order to meet the need of the investment control,a basic-period price index and a chain price index are provided and the basic period for price calculation is the end of 1996.Timely and scientific settlement of price difference plays an effective role in pushing the project construction forward.
