江垭枢纽工程建设项目价差管理

Scientific,normalized and dynamic managementfor settlement of price difference during engineering construction has been implemented inChina for a time.The owner of Jiangya project has established a set of management measuresfor settlement of price difference in accordance with the current related stipulations andthe experiences in settlement of price difference from projects completed and underconstruction.The project's price difference involves three portions of structural erectionworks,equipment works and independent costs.General price indexes for variousprice-adjusting years are respectively calculated for domestic and foreign funds.In orderto meet the need of the investment control,a basic-period price index and a chain priceindex are provided and the basic period for price calculation is the end of 1996.Timelyand scientific settlement of price difference plays an effective role in pushing theproject construction forward.
