摘    要:应用广泛的工程机械中拥有大量的复杂零件,其表面形状复杂需要五轴联动的加工中心加工完成加工中心刀位轨迹的计算包含曲面求交.提出了一种隐式曲面之间的求交方法,主要用于工程机械复杂曲面的求交计算.将其中的一个隐式曲面离散成许多三角面片,判断每个三角面片是否与另一个隐式曲面相交,求出交线,所有交线构成了隐式曲面之间的交线.此外本文还给出了一种交点的精确计算的方法,使所得交线更加准确.

Abstract:A large number of complicated partc in the machiery are widely used and the surface of these complicated parts constantly needs maching by the machiming center.In order to calculate the tool moving orbit in machining centers including intersection between complicated curved surface, this paper presents the method for intersection between implicit surfaces used in engineering machine. One of the implicit surfaces is converted into many triangular patches. Intersections need to be found out if one surface is actually intersected with every patch. All intersections form intersected curve between implicit surfaces. In addition, the method for finding precise point of intersection makes intersection more accurate.
