大量块拼接使用中夹紧方法的研究

本文讨论了夹紧方法与支承方法对大尺寸量块拼接使用的影响，分析了影响拼接效果的诸项因素，针对高精度测量中使用的大尺寸量块，研制了夹紧装置的一种力自动平衡的支承系统并给出了相应的分析与使用方法。

Research on the Composite Method of Long Gage Blocks

This paper discusses the effects of composite method and support method to the application of long gage blocks, analyzes the factors that affects the block state, and then develops a new clamp and a new force autobalanced support system, presents the analysis and using method accordingly. The clamp has its simple structure and high positioning accuracy, support system realizes multi\|points support evenly and it can reduce deformation effectively, with which reliable composite can be realized, the accuracy of block application can be assured. Development of the clamp and the support system provide an excellent condition for the high accuracy block application of long gage blocks.
