动态沉陷区建筑复垦技术实践

摘    要:为实现对动态采煤沉陷土地的利用,从复垦标高的确定、建筑地基加固处理、新村规划、抗变形建筑与结构设计等方面,探讨了动态沉陷区建筑复垦的技术要素,得出在动态采煤沉陷区进行村落重建是可行的,并以皖北矿区杨庙抗变形新村建设为例,说明了该技术的实用性.

Practice of land reclamation technique by constructing buildings in dynamic subsidence area
Abstract:In order to realize reuse of the land subsided due to dynamic coal mining, the technical elements of the land reclamation technique of constructing buildings in dynamic subsidence area was probed into from aspects of elevation determination of land reclamation, stabilizing handling of buildings’〖KG-*2〗 foundation, planning of new villages, design of anti deformation buildings and structures etc. The conclusion is that reconstructed villages on dynamic coal mining subsidence area is feasible. Furthermore, taken the construction of the new anti deformation village of Yangmiao as an example, the paper illustrates that the technique is practical.
