摘    要:在滤饼电性质、滤饼渗透率、滤液粘度、电镜分析和粒度分布等方面研究结果的基础上,论述了非离子、阴离子型降滤失剂的作用机制。分析了不同类型降滤失剂性能差异的根本原因,即分子结构的不同导致了降滤失剂效果的不同,包括含有极性基的数量和种类、分子量、分子结构以及空间位阻。非离子型降滤失剂主要通过全方位堵塞滤饼毛细孔发挥作用;阴离子型降滤失剂则是通过增加滤饼负电荷密度,缩小毛细孔孔径来达到降滤失目的;非离子型降滤失剂没有分散作用,而阴离子型降滤失剂则有一定的分散作用;但降滤失剂都有良好的护胶作用。

Abstract:Based on results in the investigation about the electrokinetic property of filter cakes, purmeabili-ty, filtrate viscosity, electronic microscope photos, and mud particle distribution, the mechanism of non-ionic and anionic filtrate reducers are discussed. The properties of filtrate reducer contribute to their different molecular structure. Non-ionic filtrate reducers work by means of completely blocking the filter cake pore, and anionic ones by means of increasing negative charge density of filter cakes and decreasing pore size. Anionic species cause further clay dispersion, but non-ionic do not, and both of them are beneficial to colloid stability. The order of filter cake quality for various fluid loss additives is also given.
