摘    要:薄型单组分防火涂料与双组分相比具有制备简单、施工方便、易于储存、成本低等优点.以苯丙乳液为基料,以季戊四醇、三聚氰胺、磷酸二氢铵、二氧化钛等为防火添加剂及其它助剂,研制成薄型单组分钢结构饰面型水性防火涂料.考察了基料、三聚氰胺等用量对涂料耐火性能的影响.用正交设计方法优化出最佳配方,以最佳配方配制的涂料涂于钢板上,涂层厚度为3.5 mm时,按GB14907-94检测,其表干时间、耐水性、耐火性能等项均合格.该涂料除具有单组分防火涂料的优点外,还有原料来源丰富、价格便宜、装饰性能好、环境友好等特点.

Abstract:The principal advantages of this one pack retardant coating over the both pack are its simple preparation, convenience in use and storage, and low cost. Using phenylethylene-acrylic ester emulsion as the binder, and tetramethylolmethane, trimeric cyanamide, ammonium biphosphate and titanic oxide as fire protection additive and assistant, aqueous ostentatious one pack fire retardant coat- ings of steel structure with thin coating is prepared. Influence of the amount of fundamental materials and trimeric cyanamide on fire-retardant performance was studied in this paper. The optimum formulation was also studied using orthogonal design method. If we coat the steel plate with this optimum formulated coating and test it according to GB14907-94, when the thickness of coating is 3. 5 mm, its surface drying time, waterproof property and fire-retardant property are all up to standard. Besides the advantages of one pack fire-retardant coating, this coating still has the following characteristics; rich sources of raw material, cheap price, good decorative character and environmental friendliness.
