V带传动轮系的优化设计

摘    要:用简便的协调关系法将V带传动轮系的多日标优化设计问题转换成一个单目标优化设计问题。考虑问题所牵涉到的多个互相矛盾不可公度的目标函数,根据不同的工程要求,结合实践经验和计算经验确定各个目标函数的加权协调系数,然后将其表示为一个单目标优化函数;工程条件对系统的要求和相关限制,以约束函数的形式给出。最后,用直接方法求出问题的综合最优解,并通过计算证明,对于不同的工程目标和具体要求,综合最优解可以有不同的取值。该方法克服了常规算法既复杂又繁琐的缺点,简便、实用、易于推广。该优化计算结果已用于某机械厂的振动测试台设计,效果令人满意。

Abstract:With simple coordination relations method, multi-objectives optimization design of V-belt transmission wheel series was transmitted to a single-objective optimization design. This problem involved many objective functions which had contradictions mutually and could not reconciled. According to different engineering requirements, the weighted and harmonic coefficient of each objective function was decided, and then it was changed to a single-objective optimization function. Engineering requirements on the system and related restrictions were given with the form of binding functions. Finally, the comprehensive optimum was solved with direct method, and proved it could have different numerical value to different engineering objective and detailed demands. The routine algorithm is both complicated and overelaborate. This method overcomes the shortcomings. It's not only simple, but also practical. A mechanical factory has used the optimization calculation for its vibration experimental table design, which achieves good results.
