摘 要: | 简要介绍国外在低温冷脆现象领域理论和实验研究的历史、现状和前景,并结合我国自然气候环境、钢结构应用现状及现行钢结构规范阐述了在我国从事该领域研究的必要性。

Abstract: | The paper describes the history,status and developmental future of the theoretical and experimental in vestigation in the field of brittle fracture abroad.In the light of Chinese natural environment,the application of steel structures and the current design standard of steel structures,the necessity of the brittle fracture of steel structures under low temperature in our country are presented. |
