| 摘 要： | 武钢1号高炉经技术改造性大修，长寿炉身采用新技术，长寿炉身采用新技术，高炉炉身冷却采用软水闭路循环，选用新型冷却设备，内衬选用Sialon结合的SiC砖，Si3N4结合的SiC砖以及浸磷粘土砖，采用检测监视等手段，以延长炉身寿命，取消中修，实现高炉寿命15年宏伟目标。

| Abstract: | For the major overhaul of No.1 BF at WISCO, a number of new technique have been adopted on shaft such as the close loop circulation of soft water,new type cooling equipments,Sialon bound SiC bricks and on-line inspection and monitoring.To prolong the campaign of the furnace shaft and eliminate midterm overhaul.The campaign of the blast furnace is expected to last as long as 15 years. |
