| 摘 要： | 针对清单计价在我国的应用正处于起步阶段的现状,结合工作经验,提出了现阶段存在的问题,并作出相应的对策,并指出参建各方、从事工程造价的专业人员及国家行政主管部门应共同努力,使该行业逐步步入规范化。
