摘    要:由保定天威保变电气股份有限公司自主研发的用于750kV输变电示范工程的4台750kV变压器产品均为一次试验、试制成功,各项性能指标完全满足或优于用户的要求,2005年9月26日顺利投产后运行情况良好。文章介绍了500MVA/750kV变压器的主要性能参数,分析了其成功研制750kV变压器的技术基础,对750kV变压器研制的关键技术,如产品总体结构、主纵绝缘结构、漏磁分析、防止局部过热、抗短路能力和制造与试验技术等进行了重点介绍。

Abstract:The four 750 kV transformers for 750 kV power transmission & transformation pilot project developed by Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electrical Inc. has put into operation on September 26th, 2005. The transformers were once tested successfully, and the requirements asked by users for every performance index of the transformers were satisfied completely or better than of which asked. The paper introduced the major performance parameters of 500 MVA/750 kV transformer, analyzed the technical foundation of its successful development of 750 kV transformer, and also introduced emphatically the crucial technologies of R&D for 750 kV transformer, such as overall structure of product, main longitudinal insulation system, magnetic leakage analysis, preventing local overheat, anti-short circuit ability and the technologies of producing and testing etc..
