单牙轮钻头动力学研究

摘    要:单牙轮钻头是小井眼钻井的重要工具。对单牙轮钻头在井底工作过程中的受力进行了分析,在此基础上建立了单牙轮钻头所受阻力矩计算模型,该模型反映了钻压、钻头尺寸、岩石性质等因素对阻力矩的影响。建立了单牙轮钻头动力学基本方程,该方程真实描述了钻头的受力与运动情况,即钻压越大,钻头阻力矩则越大,钻头转速则越低;反之,钻压越小,钻头阻力矩也越小,钻头转速则越高。单牙轮钻头的阻力矩计算模型和动力学基本方程对小井眼钻井中的钻柱设计具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Single cone bit is an important drilling tool in slim hole drilling. According to the work of single cone bit at bore hole bottom, the forces acted on bit were analyzed. The computational mode of moment of resistance acted on bit was established, which described influence of weight on bit, bit diameter and rock property on moment of resistance. Dynamic equation of single cone bit was presented, which indicated that weight on bit is larger, moment of resistance on bit is bigger, and rotation speed of bit is lower. On the contrary, if weight on bit was smaller, then moment of resistance on bit was less; rotation speed of bit was higher. The computational mode of moment of resistance and dynamic equation of single cone bit have important reference value to design of drill string in slim hole drilling.
