| 摘 要： | 以Y7125磨齿机磨削淬硬齿轮为研究对象，借助有限元分析软件ANSYS平台，对磨齿过程温度场进行了仿真，得出不同磨削深度下的磨削温度分布曲线，并与解析解进行了比较，从理论上证明了仿真结果的可靠性，为研究磨齿温度场提供了一种新的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper makes grinding carburizing harden gears on Y7125 grinding machine as research object,by use of FEM analysis software-ANSYS,imitates the temperature field of grinding gear procession and educed the grinding temperature distribution curves of different depth.It is basically consistent with arith result.It proved that the imitation result is reliable and it provided a new method for investigating grinding temperature field. |
