摘    要:通过在煤浆中加入表面活性剂等有机溶剂,探讨了在微波加热条件下,表面活性剂和溶剂油等有机溶剂对细粉煤脱水效果的影响,着重讨论了不同浓度表面活性剂下微波作用时间及离子电荷性,以及微波作用下表面活性剂和溶剂复配对细粉煤脱水效果的影响,力求找出其中的脱水规律。结果表明:微波作用下的细粉煤脱水效果是明显的,同时,表面活性剂能够大大降低滤饼含湿量,而且阴离子表面活性剂的效果比阳离子好,柴油也能促进粉煤的脱水。

Influence of Microwave Heating on Dewatering of Fine Coal under Action of Surfactant
Abstract:Investigation and study were made on the influence of organic solv ent such as surfactant and solvent oil on the dewatering effect of fine coal under the condition of microwave heating by adding surfa ctant with different concen-tration into coal pulp.Discussion was also focused on the influence of microwave action time and ionic ch arging of surfactant and the mixture of surfactant and solvent on the dewatering of fine coal so as to find the dewatering law.The results show that distinct de-watering effect was achieved for fin e coal under the action of mi-crowave,the effect of anionic surfa ctant is better than that of cationic surfactant,and the diesel oil can also promote the de-watering of fine coal.
