| 摘 要： | 研制了一台洗碗机数据采集及测试记录装置.利用该装置可进行洗碗机洗涤过程参数模拟、洗涤过程水的浊度和温度的检测与记录以及实施洗涤过程的模糊控制等工作.使用该装置进行了欧洲标准EN50242下洗涤过程的浊度测试与记录实验,了解了洗涤过程中浊度变化的一些规律.该实验装置的研制对于开发先进的洗碗机控制算法,掌握洗碗机核心技术都有很大的促进作用. |

| Abstract: | a complex measurement and control bench about dishwasher is built and developed. Several tasks can be done using this bench, including parameter simulation, measurement and record of water turbidity and temperature, fuzzy logic test during dishwashing. Some experiments are done under EU standard EN50242, and some knowledge on water turbidity are understood. This bench is very useful for us to develop advanced control method and to master core technology of dishwasher. |
