纺织企业水媒空调技术改造探讨

摘    要:为对纺织企业水媒空调进行现代化技术改造,分析了现用空调设施存在的主要问题.提出了将调温和调湿分开控制的方案,并设计了低速无噪声双锥体滚筒式轴流通风机、空气甩干器和管式加湿系统、多级阶梯式温差水热平衡装置、低扬程变水量专用水泵和全管路闭式热平衡形式等设施和系统.认为改造后不仅可以大幅降低水电消耗,而且可以保证露点温度和风量都符合车间温湿度的需要.

Abstract:To finish modern technology innovation of water-borne air conditioning in textile enterprise, main problems in air conditioning ware analyzed, plan of separating tempering and wetting was proposed. Biconical drum axial fan of low speed and non noise, air hydro-extracting cage, tube wetting system, multistep temperature difference water-heat balance set, low height water special pump and tube close heat balance form and so on were designed. The practice shows that innovation can reduce water and electricity consumption evidently, guarantee dew point temperature and air capacity satisfy workshop demands.
