摘    要:采用等温退火+高温淬火+二次回火工艺对冷作模具钢XW-42进行强韧化处理,提高了模具强度、塑性及韧性,此工艺应用于某型号表尺座的成形,模具使用寿命由原来的2400件提高到7300件,极大地降低了生产成本。

Abstract:The heat treatment method integrating isothermal annealing,quench hot and double tempering was made on the cold-work die steel XW-42 for its strengthening and toughening.The strength,plasticity and toughness of the tool were enhanced.The technique was applied to the forming of a sight ramp and increased the die life from 2400pcs to 7300pcs.The production cost was thus lowered considerably.
