汽车净化器塑件工艺分析与注射模设计

摘    要:通过对汽车净化器塑件的工艺分析,确定了塑件的生产方案并设计了二次分型注射模。在模具中设计了手动螺纹脱模机构、顺序动作侧抽芯机构、浇注系统、顶出机构和温度控制系统,并对该注射模的设计过程进行了全面的阐述。结果表明,顺序脱模侧抽芯机构可解决汽车净化器塑件脱模问题。

Abstract:After an analysis on the forming process of an automotive clarifier component,the production plan was determined and a two-step parting type of injection mould was developed.The mould includes a manually operated thread stripping mechanism,sequentially side core-pulling mechanism,feed system,ejection mechanism and temperature control system.The design process of the injection mould was summarized.
