| 摘 要： | 针对同步带轮的特点,分析了FCF成形工艺方法,并进行了模具设计,结果显示在同步带轮的成形上,将板料成形与体积成形技术相结合,可以大大提高板料的应用范围,具有显著的技术经济效果。

| Abstract: | A flowing control forming process was put forward after an analysis on the characteristic of a synchronous pulley and a die was designed.The result shows that the combination of sheet metal forming and bulk forming technology can obviously extend the range of applying sheet metals and obtain visible technical and economic effects. |
