| 摘 要： | 分析了水箱支架的结构与成形工艺性,通过有限元软件Dynaform对工艺方案进行了优化分析,同时还介绍了弯曲翻边成形工序的成形模结构与工作过程,指出了模具中关键零件的结构设计及设计要点。生产实践证明,模具结构简单、操作方便、生产的零件质量稳定。

| Abstract: | The structure and technological process for forming the bracket for a water tank were analyzed.An optimal study was made on the process scheme by using finite element software Dynaform.Then the structure and working procedure of a forming die for the bending and flanging procedure were presented,and the structural design of the main die components and the key points in designing the die were discussed. |
