变频器在风机节能改造中的应用

摘    要:风机泵类负载的最大特点是轴功率与转速的立方成正比。传统风机运行时,无论需用风量大小,风机都以最高转速运行,系统所需风量的大小一般是通过风门调节器调节风门开度(或者风门挡板)来进行调节的,消耗电能多;变频调速技术通过改变电动机工作电源频率调节电机转速,消耗的电能随风量大小而变,具有显著的节能效果。

Abstract:The biggest characteristic of an air- blower is that its axle output is in direct piroportion with the power of the revolving speed . An air - blower consumes most electricity in the traditional way because it always runs at the utmost speed . By using the frequency and speed modulation technology, the electricity consumed will vary with the anaount of the wind, thus a remarkable energy - saving result is achieved.
