浮选脱墨流体动力学的基本过程及主要参数

摘    要:介绍了浮选脱墨流体动力学的基本过程及其主要参数.其基本过程为:充气并在纤维悬浮液中形成气泡,气泡与油墨粒子碰撞形成油墨粒子-气泡粘附体(泡沫),泡沫从纤维悬浮液中分离.还叙述了油墨粒子大小、空气比率、气泡大小及其他参数的综合影响.

Abstract:The elemental processes of flotation deinking and its main parameters were introduced in this paper. The elemental processes of flotation deinking are as follows: aeration as to introducing air into the fiber suspension to form bubbles, ink particle-bubble collision to form particle-bubble aggregate (inked foam), the inked foam is removed from the fiber suspension. The main parameters are: ink particle size and its comprehensive effect together with other parameters, air ratio and bubble size and its comprehensive effect together with other parameters.
