| Abstract: | This paper introduced the parameters of the census and statistics which charactering of rough surface roughness.Then on this basis derived small disturbance approximation(SPM).Finally this method has done some numerical calculated and discussed the parameters of the surface L a high degree of correlation length of the substrate and h micro-rough surface scattering after the two-way reflection coefficient and the impact of distribution functions. |
