摘    要:针对研制的蛭石片增强改性酚醛新型摩擦材料,探讨了片状增强体在摩擦材料中的作用机理,研究表明:片状蛭石具有适于用作摩擦材料的优异增强性能、磨擦磨损性能和珠含量和径厚比是影响摩擦材料性能的主要因素。

Abstract:According to a new developed friction composite modified phenol resin reinforced with flake vermiculite, the mechanism of flake reinforced bulk in friction composite was studied. The result indicates that the flake material has some good reinforcing properties, friction and wear properties and heal insulation, and the diameter-thickness ratio and the flake material content are the main factors that affect the properties of friction composite.
