| 摘 要： | 针对投资效率的评价以及单输入单产出指标的不足，建立了固定资产投资的单输入多输出评价指标体系，引入DEA建模分析法，对苏南5市2001--2007年固定资产投资效率进行了相对投资效率比较分析，并运用投资效率分析方法对选取样本进行了绝对投资效率分析。根据分析结果，探析了各市投资效率差异原因，并针对各市情况提出了提高投资效率的政策建议。
