摘    要:介绍了聚乙烯醇缓释薄膜的固化成膜机理及固化成膜的影响因素,同时介绍了PVA缓释膜中各组分的作用,及各组分用量对薄膜表观质量和性能的影响。实验结果表明,制备PVA缓释膜的最佳成膜条件为:胶层厚度为30μm,甘油添加体积分数为2.0%,PVA的添加质量分数为11%-17%,SDS添加质量分数为1%-2%c

Abstract:Solidification mechanism of PVA release film, factors affecting this process and the role of each component were introduced, effects on the film's apparent quality and performance of different content of each component were presented. Experimental results show that the optimal preparation conditions of PVA slow-release membrane are 30 microns for the thickness, 2.0% volume fraction for glycerin, 11% ~ 17% mass fraction for PVA, 1% ~ 2% mass fraction for SDS.
