摘    要:西霞院工程电站厂房坝段建基在上第三系及软岩层上.第三系地层成岩作用差、胶结弱、强度极低、在水平和垂直方向上相变大,工程地质条件极为复杂,是国内专家公认的基础处理难度最高的极软岩.西霞院工程的建设者尊重科学,勇于创新,大胆采用新材料、新技术、新方法、新工艺和先进配套的施工设备,克服了工程建设中诸多技术难题,确保了工程施工质量和工期.

Abstract:The power house of Xixiayuan Project is built on soft rock and Tertiary system.The diagenesis of Tertiary stratum is poor,weak cementation,very low strengthen,great phase change on horizontal and vertical directions and extremely complicated engineering geological conditions.It is generally acknowledged that the extreme soft rock is the most difficult for foundation treatment by domestic experts.The builders of the project esteem science,are bold in blazing new trails,boldly adopt new material,new technique...
