钒钛微合金钢热变形奥氏体的再结晶行为的研究

摘    要:研究了钒钛微舍金钢热变形奥氏体的再结晶行为,根据热变形奥氏体的动态再结晶图和静态再结晶图可以综合判断在高温轧制过程中轧制温度、轧制速率、压下率、停留温度以及停留时间对热变形奥氏体组织状态的影响,从而为实际生产工艺的确定提供理论依据。

Abstract:The recrystallization behavior of hot deformed austenite in V-Ti microalloyed steel was studied.The influences of rolling temperature and rate,reduction rate,holding time and temerature on the structrural state of hot deformed austenite during high temperature rolling process could be estimated according to the dynamic and static recrystallization diagrams.It could provide theoretic support for the actual production.
