摘    要:提出了一种新型消声器,通过模拟计算的方法,综合分析外形尺寸、结构形式和消声材料等参数对消声器性能的影响;通过试验得到了该消声器的实际消声性能.研究结果表明:消声性能模拟计算结果与试验结果具有良好的一致性,且消声效果良好,在入口噪声为149 dB的条件下,消声量为84 dB.

Abstract:For a newly proposed silencer, an analysis was carried to the effects of following factors on its performance by simulation calculation, such as the overall dimension, structure and noise absorption material, etc. Experimental tests prove the silencer to have good performance in noise elimination, and the simulation calculation agrees well with the experimental tests. When the inlet noise level is 149 dB, the noise elimination will be more than 84 dB, indicating good performance of the silencer.
