摘    要:结合秦山第二核电厂闭式冷却水换热器选用的实例,介绍了板式换热器的结构,以及运行中因海水含泥沙量大,板片容易在海水入口和出口处发生磨损穿孔的情况.通过对发生穿孔的原因进行分析,提出了破损板片的修补方案,对板式换热器在电厂的应用和维护提出了建议.

Abstract:Taking the heat exchanger applied in Qinshan Phase II Nuclear Power Plant as an example, an introduction is being presented to the structure of its plate heat exchanger, as well as to the wear failures frequently encountered at sea water inlet and outlet due to high sand content in sea water. By analyzing the wear causes, repair schemes are proposed for worn plates, and suggestions for application and maintenance of the plate heat exchanger are put forward simultaneously.
