摘    要:某电厂2 141 t/h锅炉前墙水冷壁上集箱管接座出现裂纹,从设计、制造和施工等方面分析了导致裂纹发生的可能因素,介绍了相应的处理方案及处理效果,对其他同类型设备缺陷的处理提出了建议.

Abstract:An analysis was performed on possible causes leading to tube-to-header fillet weld cracking in a 2 141 t/h boiler between the front water wall and its upper header, from aspects of design, manufacture and construction, etc., together with an introduction to specific treatment measures taken and corresponding effects obtained. Simultaneously, some suggestions are proposed for treatment of similar problems.
