摘    要:根据发动机故障的分类及其产生的原因,介绍了发动机台架试验实时故障监控系统的工作原理,给出了系统设计方案,并基于自学习的原理,探讨了发动机故障振动状态阈值确定的方法,并应用于发动机台架试验中。

Design of Real-time Fault Monitoring System in Engine Test Based on Self-learning
Abstract:According to the classification of engine fault and its causes, working principle of engine bench test real-time fault monitoring system is introduced and design of the system is given. Based on self-learning theory, it is researched that how to get the threshold value of engine fault vibration and the algorithm is put forward, which has been used in engine test on bench test.
